Quality & Standards

Quality & Standards

Consistent parts start with a consistent process. Here is how inspection and testing fit into our manufacturing, from incoming material to finished, packaged product.

Quality Control

Parts are checked against the agreed specification at defined stages of production, not only at final inspection, so issues are caught before they compound.

Material Testing

Incoming rubber compounds and finished parts are checked against expected material properties before a production run is released.

Dimensional Inspection

Critical dimensions — diameters, wall thickness, convolution profile, and mounting features — are measured against drawing tolerances.

Production Control

Process parameters such as cure time and temperature are monitored during molding to keep output consistent across a run.

Traceability

Production batches are recorded so that, if a question comes up after delivery, we can trace a part back to its material lot and production run.

Testing Equipment

Dimensional and hardness measurement tools are used to verify parts against specification during and after production.
