Engineered Rubber, Manufactured in Türkiye
GOLD RUBBER by TEMAX designs and manufactures rubber bellows, sleeve couplings, protective boots, and custom molded rubber parts for hydraulic, pneumatic, automotive, agricultural, and industrial machinery applications.
A focused rubber manufacturer, not a general trading company
We build a defined range of engineered rubber components — bellows and expansion joints, sleeve couplings, protective boots, and CV joint boots — rather than a broad, unfocused catalogue. That focus lets us go deep on the materials and processes each product family actually needs.
Alongside our standard range, custom manufacturing is a core part of what we do: many of the parts we produce start as a customer drawing, a worn sample part, or a functional requirement rather than a catalogue number.
Compression, injection, and transfer molding
Parts are produced using the molding process that best fits their geometry, wall thickness, and production volume, with tooling built or adapted around the specific part rather than forcing the part to fit existing tooling.
Process capabilities
Compression Molding
For thicker-walled bellows, boots, and parts where dimensional stability and low tooling cost matter most.
Injection Molding
For higher-volume parts and more complex geometries requiring tight, repeatable tolerances.
Transfer Molding
For parts that combine rubber-to-metal bonding or intricate detail with production efficiency.
Custom Tooling
Molds built or adapted in-house around your drawing, sample, or functional requirement.
What working with us looks like
- Engineered per application — material and geometry chosen for the job, not selected from a generic catalogue
- In-house tooling means faster iteration from drawing to first sample
- Two-material core (EPDM, NR) kept deliberately focused so every compound is well understood, not a long list of unverified options
- Manufactured in Türkiye, positioned for efficient supply to Europe, the Middle East, and the wider region
- Direct communication with the people building your parts, not a layer of account managers
