Custom Manufacturing

Custom Rubber Manufacturing

From a drawing, a sample, or a functional requirement, we design and manufacture the rubber part around your application — not the other way around.

How It Works

From drawing to delivery

01

Design

We review your drawing, sample part, or functional requirement and confirm dimensions, tolerances, movement, and the environment the part needs to survive.

02

Tooling

Molds are built or adapted to the confirmed geometry, sized correctly for the production volume and part complexity.

03

Compounding

Rubber compound is selected and formulated for the application — temperature range, chemical exposure, flex fatigue, and hardness are all matched to how the part will actually be used.

04

Molding

Parts are produced by compression, injection, or transfer molding, whichever process best fits the part geometry and volume.

05

Quality Control

Dimensional inspection, material testing, and visual checks are carried out against the agreed specification before parts are released.

06

Packaging

Parts are packed to protect them in transit and to match how they will be used on the line — bulk, individually bagged, or to a customer-specified standard.

07

Global Delivery

Finished parts are shipped from Türkiye to customers worldwide, with documentation prepared for customs and import requirements.

When to Use Custom Manufacturing

Common starting points

  • You have a drawing or 3D model and need a manufacturing partner
  • You have a sample part but no drawing, and need it reverse-engineered
  • You need an existing rubber part re-specified in a different material
  • You need a rubber part redesigned to fix a recurring failure
  • You are qualifying a second source for an existing part number
Materials

Compounded for the application

We work primarily with EPDM and natural rubber (NR), selected based on temperature range, chemical exposure, and flex requirements. See our EPDM vs. NR guide for how we choose between them, or the full Technical Center for more.
